Who are the courses for?
Adults aged 18 and over and university students. We do not teach children and we do not accept bookings for anyone under 18.
How does the free placement test work?
You complete a 30-minute online grammar, vocabulary and reading test, then have a 15-minute video call with a tutor to check speaking. You receive your level and a suggested plan by email.
Which video platform do you use?
Lessons run on Zoom, Google Meet or Microsoft Teams, whichever you prefer. You only need a laptop or tablet, headphones and a stable internet connection.
What payment methods do you accept?
Debit and credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Klarna (pay in 3) and UK bank transfer. After you place an order we email a secure payment link from our payment provider.
Can I move or cancel a lesson?
Yes. Lessons moved or cancelled at least 24 hours in advance are rebooked free of charge. Packages are valid for six months from the first lesson.
Are lessons recorded?
Only if you ask for it and give consent. Recordings are shared with you for revision and deleted after 30 days. See our privacy policy for details.
